Who are we?

Provider collaboratives are partnerships that bring healthcare organisations together to benefit their populations.

 

While healthcare providers have worked together for many years, there has been a move to formalise this way of working and shape how the health and care system is organised.

 

Toucan provides specialised mental health, learning disability, and autism services for young people in the region aged 13-18.
